With 40 normal levels, each consisting of two sets, as well as 6 daily reminders, myKegel ensures that users are consistently engaged and motivated. The inclusion of buttons' sounds, visual cues, voice prompts, and vibration feedback further enhances the exercise experience. Additionally, the app provides an informative introduction to Kegel exercises and their associated benefits.

Customizability is a key aspect of myKegel. Users have the ability to create up to 30 custom levels, complete with personalized names and up to 6 sets per level. Furthermore, the app offers a selection of 10 different wallpapers, allowing users to customize their visual experience. Custom reminders' messages provide an added layer of personalization.
